Extension Length Changes

About this task

To change the extension length in the messaging administration:

Procedure

Go to the Switch Link Administration page.
Select a value between 3 through 10 in the Extension Length drop-down menu. Select Variable to set up variable length extension.
The number must match the dial plan of the Communication Manager server.
Click Save to update the system.
